Have you ever had any thoughts about learning the Uilleann pipes?
We're going to be doing a small “run” of Uilleann practice sets starting in early January.
Delivery of completed instruments would likely begin in March.
Each set will include the basics:
The chanter and other wood parts made from your choice of Cocobolo or Ceylon Ebony.
The chanter will be fitted with a C Natural key, but will have the block mounts for any other keys to be added at a later date.
Cowhide bag and bellows. Bellows clappers made from Cherry wood.
Pipes can be trimmed in Art Ivory, Cocobolo or Blackwood.
Includes tutor book.
$1999.00 Canadian.
A few of the sets are spoken for already, but positions are still available in either type of wood.
The practice sets shown below are trimmed in Stainless steel and the black one is fitted with four chanter keys. These are available for an extra charge. The set can also come with a mainstock cup installed, so that drones can be simply “plugged in” when you are ready to upgrade to a half set or full set.
