At Time of Initial Order Placement:
​
For Great Highland Bagpipes and Scottish Smallpipes: A 30% deposit (plus applicable taxes), is required to cover material cost, and to secure your position in the building schedule. The balance, with applicable taxes, shipping cost (including insurance) is due upon completion, before the instrument is shipped. An additional installment may be required if outsourced engraving, other specialty work, or unusual materials are requested.

For Uilleann Pipes: A 30% deposit (plus applicable taxes), is required to cover material cost, and to secure your position in the building schedule. A second 20% installment (plus applicable taxes) is required when work on your instrument is about to begin. (This is due to the much longer build time.) The balance, with applicable taxes, shipping cost (including insurance) is due upon completion, before the instrument is shipped. An additional installment may be required if outsourced engraving, other specialty work, or unusual materials are requested.

Methods of payment: Payments can be made via E Transfer, Money Order, Wire Transfer and Certified Cheques. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal with an additional fee.

All payments must clear prior to shipping.
